What You’ll Be Working On

Our internships and co-ops are designed to provide you with a business relevant project that will allow you to independently manage your own area of responsibility, while receiving support from an assigned Supervisor and Technical Mentor. We’ll help you discover your strengths and development areas in a challenging, fun, and supportive work environment.

We are seeking a student to join us for a 4–8-month co-op position starting in May 2026. This position will be based out of the Calgary office.

Responsibilities

As a People & Culture Student (Organizational Development), you will support initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and the growth, development, and inclusion of our people. You’ll gain hands-on experience contributing to programs that enhance organizational capability and help foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace, working closely with the broader People & Culture team.

  • **Culture & Employee Engagement:** Assist with initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture and enhance engagement, including supporting the delivery and follow-up of the annual organization-wide engagement survey. Help coordinate communications, activities, and resources that encourage participation and share survey outcomes.
  • **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:**Assist with initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, including supporting employee resource groups with events and activities, as well as helping communicate and promote broader DE&I programs and initiatives across the organization.
  • **Performance and Talent Management:** Support the People & Culture team with materials and processes that guide performance management, career development, and the annual talent review. Help prepare resources and tools to support managers and employees as they participate in these programs.
  • **Collaboration:** Work with members of the People & Culture team to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of programs and initiatives, while gaining exposure to different functional areas and approaches within People & Culture.
  • **Internal & External Communication:** Support the development and coordination of communication materials that reinforce and celebrate our culture, employee engagement journey, and DE&I initiatives, helping share these stories and programs both internally and externally.

**Who We Need On Our Team**

  • You are currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, or related post-secondary program.
  • Interest in organizational culture, employee experience, talent management, and DE&I.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for new experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong visual, graphic skills or experience in Canva considered a bonus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with SharePoint or Workday is an asset.
