We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Specialist at our Edmonton corporate location.

What You’ll Do: ·
- Champion and execute high-impact talent management programs from performance management and succession planning to leadership development, DE&I, and talent review that ae directly influencing the growth of our people and our business.
- Lead the end-to-end Employee Opinion Survey process, transforming insights into actionable strategies, compelling communications, and practical toolkits that elevate engagement across the organization.
- Design, deliver, and continuously enhance learning initiatives, creating training materials, facilitating sessions, evaluating outcomes, and ensuring alignment with our strategic priorities.
- Own the administration and optimization of our learning platform (Sky Prep) and job grant programs, ensuring seamless operations, accurate documentation, and measurable results.
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization on career development, external training, change initiatives, and organizational effectiveness projects that drive real, lasting impact.
What You’ll Bring: ·
- 3–5 years of experience in Organizational or Talent Management, with hands-on expertise in program design, evaluation, and execution.
- 1–2 years of experience managing a Learning Management System, with a keen eye for process excellence and data integrity.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Adult Learning, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to consult with diverse stakeholders, facilitate engaging training sessions, and translate business needs into impactful development solutions.
- Strong self-leadership, accountability, and change agility, paired with a collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to customer-focused service.
