About The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager with a passion for learning, a kind heart, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor to join our growing team. The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for building internal learning and development managerial programs, training leaders and growing to scale. This leader will work cross-functionally with all departments as a part of the People and Culture team.
The L&D Manager will be a key player on an incredible team as we execute our mission to help local governments and school districts take the next step from good to great.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver scalable manager development programs covering, feedback, coaching, accountability, and leading through growth and change
Build a comprehensive learning roadmap for managers, aligned to business strategy, leadership competencies, and organizational growth stages
Own onboarding and core people leader training, ensuring new and existing managers are equipped to lead high-performing, inclusive teams
Measure program effectiveness and iterate continuously, using behavioural metrics, leader feedback, and business performance indicators to drive impact
Critical Skills/Experience
5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related roles
Strong experience in manager and leadership development
Experience building or scaling learning programs in a growing organization
Practical, outcomes-driven, and comfortable influencing leaders
