Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Sales Representative Training Program across the Powersports network. Drive adoption of best practices that elevate dealer performance, sales effectiveness, and brand representation.

**You'll Have The Opportunity To***Training Strategy & Design*

  • Develop and evolve the training curriculum aligned with the five fundamentals: Relationship Lead, Powersports Savvy, Change Agent, Results Driver, and Brand Ambassador.
  • Translate strategic business priorities into practical, high-impact learning modules.
  • Balance digital, virtual, and in-person learning formats optimized for field-based sales professionals.
Learning Experience Development
  • Design visually engaging, story-driven, and context-based learning content that connects to day-to-day dealership challenges.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Lead video and storytelling projects that capture best practices from top-performing representatives and dealers.
Program Execution & Engagement
  • Oversee delivery of training through LMS and trainer-led sessions.
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors and Trainers to ensure consistent implementation.
  • Develop engagement strategies to motivate seasoned sales reps to adopt new tools, standards, and processes.
Performance & Adoption Measurement
  • Define KPIs and dashboards to track training completion, adoption, and business impact.
  • Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Capture dealer and rep feedback to continuously refine training effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to align messages and avoid training overload.
  • Support field teams in positioning the value of training to dealer owners and managers.

**YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:**

  • 7+ years in Sales Enablement, Training, or Field Development roles—preferably in the Powersports, automotive, or outdoor recreation industries.
  • Proven ability to influence experienced sales professionals through credibility, empathy, and results.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills (both remote and in-person).
  • Experience with LMS platforms, video-based learning, and data-driven performance analysis.
  • Bilingual (English/French) a strong asset to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English speakers on a daily basis
