Work Location: Regina Head Office. This position offers a hybrid work option, allowing you to work both from home and in the Regina Head Office on a scheduled rotation once all training requirements are met
Pay Range: $75,691 - $95,521

In this role, you’ll design and deliver high-impact training that supports underwriting onboarding, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to turn complex information into practical, engaging learning experiences that make a real difference.

Education & Experience
Typically gained through:
Two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business, or defined equivalency.
5 – 7 years experience in Property & Casualty insurance with at least 3 years experience in underwriting and 2 years experience in the creation, maintenance, and delivery of training programs.
Working towards a certificate or designation in the field of Adult Education.
