Position Overview: The Master Group seeks a highly motivated and experienced Business-to-Business (B2B) Field E-commerce Training and Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of our Sales Representatives, Branch Teams, and Customers in navigating and effectively utilizing our B2B e-commerce platform. This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training and onboarding programs, both onsite and remotely, that empower our teams and clients to maximize the potential of our e-commerce solutions. This position will also support online training.

What you will accomplish with us:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of Sales Representatives, Branch Teams, and Customers. Ensure training content aligns with the latest e-commerce tools, technologies, and best practices.
What You Bring to Our Team:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Relevant certifications in training and e-commerce platforms are a plus.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in designing and delivering B2B training programs, preferably within the e-commerce or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce platforms, online transaction processes, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methodologies to suit diverse learning styles and audience backgrounds.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning tools, virtual training platforms, and multimedia software.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate training program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Knowledge of the HVAC or Construction industries is an strong asset
  • Willingness to travel regionally and or nationally to different branches and customer sites as required.
  • Bilingual an asset
