Learning & Development Student

Reporting to the Senior Learning and Development Specialist, the Learning and Development Student will collaborate with the team to enable project completions. The role is ideal for a students in graphic designing, business administration or a related field, who is eager to gain experience in e-learning and development.

**Hourly Wage**: $19.50 to $21.70 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist the learning and development team in converting training documents to task lists in learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Creating and updating the quiz from the content provided.
• Assist in data entry in LMS.
• Assist in creating AI agents to exploring the use of various AI tools in L&D.
• Creating and updating learning content.
• Provide administrative support for projects as required.
• Participate in training events, if required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Computer Science, graphic designing or any related field.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with Adobe, AI component, e-learning and development.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
