• Heidelberg Materials has a current job opening for a Human Resources Generalist based out of our Picton, ON plant.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with managers to support employee relations and workforce planning in a unionized environment.
• Drive HR initiatives that enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with employment regulations and the collective bargaining agreement.
• Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Create and deliver training and development programs to build capability.
