Our client, a well-established company specializing in construction as a general contractor for more than 45 years and headquartered in Montreal, is currently looking for a Procore Administrator & Trainer for one of their construction divisions, which caters to the retail and high-end residential sectors in North America.
QUALIFICATIONS
Reporting directly to the Systems Operations Manager, the Procore Administrator & Trainer responsibilities are as follows:
Partner with the Systems Operations Manager to analyze, identify and execute training needs and objectives in support of organizational goals
Conduct ongoing administration, support, and maintenance of the Procore platform
Provide end-user support services, guidance, and training for construction technologies in a responsive, effective, and efficient manner
Ensure the compliance of the operational teams with company standards and procedures
Drive platform adoption and excitement within the organization by demonstrating the value of the tool and encouraging best practices while promoting company efficiency and providing continuous learning to increase the skillset of all internal personnel.
Review, investigate, and resolve issues with the program through guides or Procore support
Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Online Training Center for Procore Guides.
Support and mentor new employees
Other tasks related to project management
Required qualifications and experience
Required qualifications and experience:
DEC in administration, IT, construction engineering or any related education
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of the construction industry is considered a strong asset
Proficiency in Procore or other Project Management Software is considered a strong asset
Tech-savvy individual with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software systems is considered a strong asset
Professional working proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written) is
required
Patient and empathetic approach to interacting with others
Ability to manage several projects at once and change priorities
Requires meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
