Learning Content Developer, Data Management

As a Learning Content Developer for Data Management,

you will be responsible for developing world-class learning materials for all users of the products within Seequent’s cloud-based Data

Management portfolio. A key function of this role will be producing new

eLearning courses designed to help our users efficiently and effectively

use Evo, Central, Imago, MX Deposit and other Seequent

products to tackle their data management challenges. You will also be

responsible for updating existing training content to align with new software

releases.

With Evo being agame-changer for Seequent’s portfolio and the geoscience software market,

you’ll do best in this role if you thrive in an ever-evolving, global, and

fast-paced work environment.

The position

sits within Seequent’s global Learning Experience team. The team helps the

organisation grow and sustain competent usage of all Seequent applications by

contributing to an accessible, interconnected ecosystem of learning, help, and

support materials. The Learning Experience team works alongside our Application

Help technical writers and our Support teams to equip our users with the

knowledge they require to be proficient with the Seequent product suite.

In this role, you

will have the opportunity to:

Design and develop engaging eLearning materials to

support Seequent products, in conjunction with Instructional Designers

Translate complex data management workflows and

technical software features into easily digestible learning content for adiverse global audience

Assist with maintaining up-to-date learning content

corresponding with product releases

Develop a cadence and process for updating learning

content for continuously developing cloud-based products

Liaise with regional technical teams and product teams

to design and develop high-value, connected workflows that cover multiple

Seequent products

Continually improve the courses based on direct

customer feedback and evolving industry best practices

Champion Seequent’s Data Management portfolio

internally and externally as a subject matter expert

To be successful in this role, you should have:

University degree in Geoscience, Computer Science or arelated technical field

5+ years of experience working as a geoscientist in

industry or software

Experience in modern data management and/or Seequent

software

Understanding of the principles of cloud-based,

collaborative SaaS platforms

Proven ability to turn technically complex information

into clear, concise, and engaging learning content with a strong attention to detail

Developer experience would be an asset

Excellent communication (written and verbal),

interpersonal, and collaboration skills that support building strong working

relationships

A passion for continuous learning and sharing

knowledge with your team, including active participation in professional skill‑development

activities

Proven team player with a self-started attitude and

ability to work independently,

including remotely, while effectively managing workload

The ability to work across a global organisation spanning

multiple time zones

Fluent in English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese

and/or French is an asset

Additional

Information

Based on the role holder’s location, this position may

be hybrid or fully remote. Occasional travel may be required.
