About the Job

Education Lead

MinuteBox is a cloud-based platform used by law firms, large companies, and accounting firms for entity management, corporate governance, minute book storage and workflow automation. Its innovative suite of products are used by some of Canada’s largest legal departments and global professional services organizations.

The team has created the most powerful, accessible and secure legal technology available and the company is growing quickly as they continue to expand their footprint across North America.

You will play a critical role in the customer journey by owning how customers learn, adopt, and succeed with MinuteBox at scale. This role is responsible for building and delivering our education strategy across onboarding, ongoing training, certifications, and community learning. Your work will directly impact customer confidence, product adoption, and long-term value realization.

As the Education Lead, you will design and deliver high-impact webinars, structured training programs, and workflow-focused sessions both remotely and in person. You will lead the development of internal certification programs for our teams and spearhead the creation of an external certification program for customers and partners. You will also own our education content within the MinuteBox Community, including knowledge base articles and learning resources, driving engagement and continuous learning.

On the Customer Success team, you will work closely with Customer Success Managers, Trainers, Support, Product, and Operations to ensure education is aligned to real customer workflows, product capabilities, and business outcomes. This role is both strategic and hands-on, combining content creation, live delivery, and program ownership.

You are highly organized, an excellent communicator, and passionate about helping customers and internal teams understand not just how MinuteBox works, but how to use it effectively within their day-to-day operations.

You will report into Customer Success leadership and partner cross-functionally across the organization.

PREREQUISITES
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, teach, and influence both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with experience delivering live training, webinars, and workshops
  • Passion for B2B SaaS, customer education, and scalable learning programs
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and prioritize collective outcomes over individual ownership
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, roll-up-your-sleeves organization
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and execute MinuteBox’s customer education strategy across onboarding, ongoing training, and advanced learning
  • Design and deliver live and recorded webinars, workflow sessions, and product training both remotely and in person
  • Lead structured training programs tailored to different customer personas, use cases, and stages of maturity
  • Build and manage internal certification programs to ensure consistent product knowledge and enablement across teams
  • Design and launch an external certification program for customers and partners to support adoption, credibility, and long-term engagement
  • Own the creation and maintenance of education content within the MinuteBox Community
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, guides, and learning paths aligned to real customer workflows
  • Continuously improve content based on customer feedback, product updates, and support trends
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Operations to ensure education reflects current functionality and best practices
  • Provide feedback loops to Product based on training insights, common questions, and adoption challenges
  • Ensure education initiatives align with onboarding, implementation, and long-term customer success goals
  • Define and track education-related KPIs including training adoption, certification completion, and engagement
  • Support broader Customer Success reporting by contributing insights on adoption and enablement outcomes
  • Continuously refine programs based on data, customer feedback, and business priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by clearly guiding them through their learning and product journey
  • Ensure customers feel confident, supported, and enabled to use MinuteBox effectively within their organization
