The Learning & Talent Development Senior Specialist plays a critical role in advancing our global talent strategy by designing and delivering modern, high-impact learning experiences that support organizational growth. This role focuses on building scalable, digitally enabled training solutions that leverage contemporary e-learning design, AI-driven content development, and innovative learning technologies to ensure employees have the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive.

As a key member of the Global Learning & Talent Development (GLTD) team, the specialist supports the end-to-end development and delivery of leadership development programs, operational and compliance training, and enterprise talent initiatives. This includes designing engaging digital learning content, maintaining modern learning tools and platforms, and generating data-driven insights to guide decision-making and evaluate learning effectiveness.
