We are seeking a dynamic individual, with outstanding product knowledge and a passion for training on TP. Candidates should possess strong business and sales acumen and outstanding product knowledge and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and delivering internal training on TP programs.
Responsibilities
- To align with the Training Manager and Ops managers plan to develop and deliver product training programs based on needs analysis and along with new product launches, features etc.
- To ensure sales and product training are clearly defined, documented and delivered for each role within the organization on a quarterly basis.
- To implement internal and external best practices into the product training that will lead to improved sales performance and profit.
- To be a sales trainer that provides training (80%) and support (20%) to all roles in the project on how to implement various aspects of TP in a way that will benefit the end client through increased profitability and customer satisfaction.
- To track and measure training results working with the Sales Analyst before presenting this back to the Operations Managers and Client.
- Complete at least 1 call shadow per week.
- Deliver 2 progressive trainings per week +1 Microlearning session.
- Onboarding of new hire classes.
- Present Training updates and insights on a weekly market WBR.
- To complete training needs analysis on a quarterly basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Min. 1 year of training experience in a sales driven environment (inbound or outbound)
- Extensive knowledge of product offerings
- Strong interest in delivering training in a classroom and remote setting
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- Public speaking skills
- Desirable experience working in a structured sales environment
- Desirable an experienced trainer
- Desirable project management skills.

Schedule
- Fixed schedule Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
